Young Interventions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Intervention Specialist to join our team in South West Riverside County. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will work with children and families to implement personalized treatment programs and provide support to help them reach their developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits and provide in-home services to children and families in South West Riverside County
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and services
  • Provide training and education to families on child development and parenting strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services provided
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with children 0-5 years
  • Experience working with children with special needs is preferred
  • Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Current Vehicle Insurance and Registration
  • Current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult)
  • Current TB
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly rate between $19-$28 per hour, determined by level of education and experience
