About the Job

The successful candidate will assist program participants with health care needs and issues related to health care treatment within the NuPath residential program.

This role involves providing direct care services, assisting and educating individuals to understand their health care needs, and being responsible for medications distributed to program participants.

The ideal candidate should be flexible with schedules, able to successfully relate, teach and further develop skills with the people served, engage positively with members of the household, their families, and Team members.

A current RN License and one year experience working as a nurse in a community health setting are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist program participants with health care needs and issues related to health care treatment
  • Provide direct care services and educate individuals on their health care needs
  • Be responsible for medications distributed to program participants
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support individuals and their families
Requirements
  • Current RN License
  • One year experience working as a nurse in a community health setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support individuals and their families
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $32-$42 per hour, based on industry standards for nurses in similar positions.
