As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and fill orders accurately and efficiently
  • Pack and ship orders in accordance with Heilind and customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Participate in company-sponsored training and process improvement activities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift or move products up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity
Working Conditions:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position is exposed to large moving equipment, including motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, lift trucks, and conveyor belts. The facility is equipped with both air conditioning and heat.
