Job Description

Brink's Global Services is a division of Brink's Inc, the world's premier provider of secure logistics and security solutions in more than 122 countries across 5 continents. Brink's Global Services specializes in the secure transportation and handling of valuable goods throughout the logistic value chain, from raw materials and components to finished products within the mining, banknote, precious metal, jewelry, security, art, and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up customer shipments and liability in coordination with Customer Service and other BGS locations.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments, including LVP and manual shipments, are scanned properly.
  • Maintain communication with ground support at origin and destination locations and maintain a secured position at all times to ensure the safety of the team, customers, and customer shipments in their possession.
  • Enforce and report all security or safety violations to the Supervisor/Manager as well as any unusual and suspicious situations that have occurred during daily assignments.
  • Provide security by adhering to the General Security Regulations and other directives handed down by the management.
  • Provide internal location security and work closely with other operational teams at the base of origin to ensure that all customer shipments, pick-ups, and deliveries are made according to pre-arranged agreements.
  • Ensure that all related documentation that is part of the internal and external logistics process are completed and documented appropriately in accordance with all company policies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times and where necessary report customer service issues to operations leadership for resolution.
  • Provide support to the vault, import, export, and domestic sort.
  • Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a courier or guard.
  • A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
  • A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experience as an armored guard.
  • Excellent customer service.

  • Good ethics and integrity.
