Scaffold Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Scaffold Superintendent to join our team at BrandSafway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of scaffolding crew members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage and maintain scaffolding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of scaffolding crew members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in scaffolding operations, with a focus on safety and quality
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle safely
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
The Scaffold Superintendent will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions and potential hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
