Key Responsibilities:

As a representative of our company, you will:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding and articulating our product offerings while proactively identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, branch managers, and support staff to assist with various tasks, including order fulfillment and basic tool repairs.
  • Contribute to merchandising efforts to maximize store potential by ensuring optimal product placement.
  • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Provide warehouse support, including order pulling and tool repairs.
