Key Responsibilities:
As a representative of our company, you will:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding and articulating our product offerings while proactively identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, branch managers, and support staff to assist with various tasks, including order fulfillment and basic tool repairs.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts to maximize store potential by ensuring optimal product placement.
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Provide warehouse support, including order pulling and tool repairs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Meet the Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service, along with a High School Diploma.
- Possess 1+ year of warehouse experience.
- Communicate Effectively: You connect with others clearly and effectively, both in person and over the phone.

- Take Initiative: You are a proactive team player with a positive attitude, comfortable in sales, and willing to assist others without prompting.
