**Job Overview:**

Falls Delivery, LLC is a veteran-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking motivated individuals to deliver packages in and around Sioux Falls. As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced environment.

**About the Job:**

  • You will drive a clean and modern company vehicle, navigating through residential and commercial areas to deliver small packages (less than 50 lbs).
  • A typical route involves making 200-225 stops and delivering 300-325 packages, requiring you to be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and entering and exiting the delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
  • Deliveries are door-to-door, and you must be able to safely operate and navigate the delivery vehicle, which weighs 10,000 lbs. or less.
  • You will work independently but as part of the Falls Delivery team, collaborating with colleagues to meet daily goals and provide excellent customer service.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of $21.50 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license (no commercial driver's license required).

  • Be reliable, report to work when scheduled, and maintain a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
