Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and responding to emergencies
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans, incorporating input from interdisciplinary teams and prioritizing patient goals and preferences
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical environment, preferably in Labor and Delivery or Women's Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, push/pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
