Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 2-3 personnel to install 7-10 windows daily, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and cooperation.
  • Travel to various job sites, utilizing a valid driver's license to transport equipment and personnel.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in installing metal and vinyl windows and custom doors.
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to adapt to changing project schedules.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building a positive team environment.
