We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team at TrinCa Construction LLC, a reputable company specializing in Residential Property Restoration and Renovation in the Capital Region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 2-3 personnel to install 7-10 windows daily, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
- Have at least 5 years of experience installing Metal and Vinyl Windows and Custom Doors.
- Hold a valid Driver's License and be available to work Monday to Saturday.
- Exhibit a good attitude, strong work ethic, and a cooperative team player mindset.
- Be open to travel and adapt to changing project requirements.
