Job OverviewTrinCa Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team in the Capital Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window and door installation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will lead a team of 2-3 personnel to install 7-10 windows daily, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installers to complete window and door installations efficiently
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential installation challenges
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality installations
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday
  • Good attitude and work ethic
  • Cooperative team player
  • Open to travel
