Practice Setting
- We are a 30-year-old private practice with a partnership option, offering a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration.
- Our 17-bed emergency department is part of a 70-plus bed hospital, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Schedule and Compensation
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with the ability to choose your desired number of shifts per month, allowing for a great work-life balance.
- See an average of 1.5-2 patients per hour, including those supervised with APPs, providing a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment.

- Competitive salary, including night bonus and annual bonus, with a $50,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to progress to full partnership and shareholder status within one year.
