The Role

We're seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

This position requires a high level of skill and expertise in back-of-house cooking, particularly in high-volume restaurant environments. You'll work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to prepare meals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a line cook or equivalent in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent knife skills, familiarity with kitchen equipment, and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Familiarity with Italian cuisine and techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality control

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes benefits, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
