Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our payroll and benefits team. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, wellness programs, and insurance policies.
- Lead ongoing quality control and auditing of system's calculations and tax responsibilities.
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience with UKG or Dimensions software.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll laws, taxation, regulations, and requirements.
