About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Specialist to join our team at BLM GROUP USA. As a key member of our Service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and service of equipment at customer sites, adhering to customer maintenance contracts and procedures.
  • Support sales staff in servicing BLM equipment and provide recommendations to programmers and operators.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, condition-based monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance to achieve reliable operation.
  • Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and future service needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate degree in a technical discipline preferred or comparable military experience.
  • At least five years of experience in machine tool operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • At least two years of CAD/CAM software experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and travel as required.
