Tower Semiconductor is a global leader in the specialty foundry industry, specializing in manufacturing analog integrated circuits for over 300 customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Development Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and talent development, with a proven track record of leading change and managing projects. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing global and local talent development programs, as well as providing strategic HR services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of global and local talent development programs
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and training needs
  • Create a learning culture through development frameworks
  • Manage the implementation of development initiatives across departments
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Lead special projects related to talent development, including mentoring programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • 7-10 years of overall HR experience preferred
  • Proven success in leading change, leading project schedules, and managing projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including consultative and relationship management skills
  • Experience in working in manufacturing and/or high-tech industry, and working in a union environment is preferred
