**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our Richmond manufacturing facility team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to meet customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assemble and build products according to Standard Operating Procedures and specifications

• Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures

• Develop the department in accordance with the Alfa Laval Production System, participating in team performance and improvement meetings

• Comply with all safety policies, wear all required PPE, and report any safety concerns or injuries immediately

• Observe all company policies

• Execute quality checks and inspections as needed

• Maintain work records & productivity standards

• Keep work areas clean & free of debris by utilizing 5S processes

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1-2 years of previous production experience

• Basic Personal Computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

• Fork truck/ crane operations is a plus, but not required

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Candidates interested in company-sponsored GED program will be considered.
