Northwest is committed to your training, and no prior extermination experience is necessary to join our team. Initially, you will undergo training to equip you for your role.

Once trained, you will take charge of your own customer accounts.

Your Job Duties Will Include:
Building lasting relationships with both internal and external clients to create "Customers for Life".

Assisting fellow service professionals with various Northwest services, including but not limited to pest management, mosquito control, and termite treatments:

Conducting preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.

Providing residential pest control and mosquito services, as well as monitoring termite bait systems and conducting inspections.

Identifying and addressing customer account needs for both current and future requirements.

Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Applying products in accordance with label standards.

Maintaining a Safety-First mindset while operating company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications:

What You Need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

No prior experience is necessary.

Must be at least 18 years old.

A valid driver's license is required.

The ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).

The capability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.

Ability to work in various weather conditions.
