About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering healthcare information to millions of Americans who need to navigate complex healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels (telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Provide feedback when needed, provide input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
  • Follow policies and standard operating procedures such as filling out timesheets, adhering to privacy and HIPAA rules.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
