Job Description

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including IT engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing multiple IT infrastructure buildouts at remote sites.
  • Experience managing remote IT infrastructure resources assigned to projects.
  • Experience working with business units across multiple projects.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects with several different IT engineering groups (Network, Voice, Servers, Mainframe, etc.) and vendors.
  • Experience in cost-optimization projects.
  • Experience managing external vendors working on projects.
  • Experience and expertise in managing project budgets and vendor expenditures.
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules, impediments, weekly status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Experience in either server migrations or server upgrades.
  • Experience in leading large groups across multiple departments.
  • Experience in managing multi-year projects.
  • Proven ability to work with and facilitate geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and expertise in communicating with staff, leadership, and at executive level.
  • Good meeting management skills.
  • Experience and expertise in project reporting, including at executive level.
  • Ability to work with IT engineers and upper management.
  • Strong financial acumen and a good understanding of budgets and numbers.
  • Mastery of project financials.
  • CSM or other Agile certification.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Expertise in JIRA.
  • Experience using Confluence (preferred).
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with MS Project.
  • Experience working with Clarity (preferred).
