  • Oversee the reconciliation of significant accounts and coordinate year-end audit preparations.
  • Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timely vendor payments.
  • Supervise payroll operations to guarantee precise and timely wage disbursements, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Control treasury functions to maintain effective cash management and payment processing.
  • Facilitate communication across all management levels regarding financial data and reporting.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Participate in special projects and analyses as directed by senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • At least three years of experience in public accounting, with CPA certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in accounting roles, particularly in managing accounts payable and payroll functions.
  • Proficiency in UKG payroll software and familiarity with Cost Accounting and NetSuite software is highly desirable.
