Elder Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Elder Support Services Coordinator to join our team at the Arctic Slope Native Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting elders in achieving their life goals and enhancing their overall well-being. You will work closely with individuals and their teams to develop community inclusion opportunities, ensuring that each elder has access to resources and activities that promote independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote community inclusion and participation among elders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with seniors or as a nurse's aide preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds from a squat position and maintain physical stamina throughout the workday.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations and populations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding HIPAA standards.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
