Business Relationship Executive

SIO Logistics is a premier third-party logistics and truckload shipping company dedicated to delivering optimized solutions across various transportation modes.
We are seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join our team full-time at our on-site location. This role is responsible for developing new business, building and managing a robust book of business, and ensuring exceptional customer service through effective communication and account management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide personalized and proactive account management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Deliver exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong passion for sales and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently, yet also a collaborative team player.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $52K - 62K, depending on experience and qualifications.
