At InsideHigherEd, we are dedicated to enhancing educational accessibility and fostering leadership within the academic community. We are seeking a Manager of Alumni Engagement Products to oversee digital solutions aimed at alumni interaction and fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main system administrator for online platforms related to alumni engagement, including event management and donation processing.
- Engage in product design, enhancement, user role management, and system integrations.
- Ensure that visual elements are consistent with organizational objectives and branding standards.
- Oversee digital project coordination, including testing and web development tasks.
- Strategize for system upgrades, seasonal enhancements, and long-term project planning.
- Provide training for new users and develop Salesforce expertise across the organization.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in managing online communities or social media platforms.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Desirable:
- Prior experience with Salesforce and event management or fundraising.
