  • Load laundry into machines and accurately follow instructions for the application of cleaning agents.
  • Examine all linens for stains and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to treat them.
  • Ensure all laundry equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
  • Keep track of cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs to the general manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift 20 pounds or more is essential.
  • Proficient understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and products.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a laundry attendant, housekeeping, or related position is preferred.
