About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need, and provide recommendations when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
