POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will define and articulate specifications for complex software programming applications while collaborating as part of a team that influences a broader organization.

This role entails supporting both new and ongoing initiatives on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. You will serve as both a system administrator and a developer. Your ability to analyze problems, devise solutions, and implement them is crucial. Being an exceptional team player is essential.

  • Possess a robust understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-channel, and CTI integrations.
  • Extensive experience with Apex triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Test Classes, LWC's, and Flows.
  • Develop and maintain REST-based integrations within a complex enterprise application landscape, integrating with other applications through real-time, batch, sync/async methods.
  • Collaborate with fellow developers to establish high-level technical designs while adhering to overall architectural standards.
  • Facilitate cross-system integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem, backend services, and AWS/Azure technologies.
  • Implement effective change management practices, including managing deployment schedules, conducting comprehensive testing, and maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Experience with development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Git.
  • Act in dual roles as Admin and Developer.
  • Oversee all aspects of user management, security, access, and licenses.
  • Experience with standard and custom objects, automation, and approval processes.
  • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain code and configurations according to requirements.
  • Utilize Data Loader and other tools like Optimizer and Health Check.
  • Proactive system maintenance is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
