Maintains awareness of company communications by reviewing publications, announcements, and company emails. Utilizes appropriate communication channels for bank-related business matters.

- Ensures the management and risk oversight of each client portfolio aligns with established Austin Bank credit policies, procedures, and business strategies, as well as commercial and regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with the Relationship Manager as the primary contact for clients, serving as a liaison to the Credit Department, Real Estate Valuation Department, loan support staff, and other internal partners.
- Maintains portfolio integrity by effectively managing overdue accounts, overdrafts, insurance policies, exceptions, reminders, loan agreements, borrowing bases, and related documentation.
- Assists lenders in acquiring financial information and necessary documentation, notifying credit/lending teams of any documentation issues, including missing items and follow-up requirements.
- Monitors loan repayment activities and the financial status of borrowing clients, taking appropriate measures to collect overdue accounts and assess the ongoing repayment capacity of all other accounts.
- Delivers presentations on specific loans and engages in the bank's Loan Approval Process, recommending approvals and suitable credit structures.
- Assists in preparing cash flows and financial spreads for relationships under $500,000. Acts as a backup for the Credit Analyst Department when necessary.
- Conducts periodic reviews and updates files, purging when required.
- Reviews appraisals and loan documents prior to closing.
- Participates in loan closings and meetings with clients.
- Conducts inspections as needed.
- Identifies cross-selling opportunities for all bank products, including Treasury Management and Austin Bank Financial Services.
- Engages in community and business events to promote a positive image for the bank.
- Attends scheduled planning sessions.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
