Orientation & Training:

Our training program is among the few on-the-job truck driver training initiatives in the nation recognized by the Department of Labor as a certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship program.

Orientation lasts for two weeks at one of our training facilities.

  • Week 1: Combination of classroom instruction and practical load securement training.
  • Week 2: Equipment familiarization, thorough DOT Pre-Trip Inspection training, along with backing and driving instruction.

The remainder of the training involves on-the-road experience with a driver trainer.
