Job Responsibilities
The Medical Recruitment Sales Representative will concentrate on acquiring new clients in the Southeast Michigan healthcare market for MedMatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new clients in Southeast Michigan for MedMatch within the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct research and outreach to potential clients to generate interest in MedMatch's offerings.
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to arranging meetings with decision-makers for our CEO.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical fields.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently as an independent contractor (MISC 1099).
  • Comfortable with a commission-only compensation model.
Performance Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • High level of professionalism and capacity to represent MedMatch effectively to potential clients.
