Job Opportunity

Five Star Physician Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in post-acute and long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admit, round on, and discharge short-term rehab and long-term care patients at our partner Skilled Nursing Facilities.
  • Perform history and physical exams, medical rounds, and evaluations on patients with changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and maintain compliance with all facility and Five Star Physician quality initiatives.

Requirements:
