All inquiries must be managed promptly in accordance with company performance indicators.

Team members within the Operations Division are expected to work collaboratively across departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience, which includes providing support to other teams as needed to fulfill business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing requests in alignment with Client Account Management Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritizing tasks while maintaining quality standards and meeting communication expectations.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
- A background in financial services, with experience in account management being advantageous.
- Knowledge of Service Level Monitoring.
- Experience in accurately logging daily tasks into the system.
- Familiarity with quality assurance evaluations, as temporary staff will have responsibilities that will be assessed to ensure continued employment.
