As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating recreational programs for guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily recreational programs for guests, including classes, activities, and events.
- Plan and organize special events, holiday programs, competitions, mixers, and other group activities.
- Provide exceptional guest service, answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Maintain recreation inventory and order supplies within budgetary constraints.
- Assist other departments as needed and support team members.
- Monitor pool safety and implement regulations.
- 6 months of experience in activities/recreation, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with 90-100% of the shift requiring standing.
- Decision-making skills based on judgment and company policy.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts.
