We prioritize meaningful patient interactions, enabling our medical professionals to provide personalized care through a manageable patient load.
We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist to join our collaborative team of healthcare providers, including Internists and various specialists.
This role will incorporate traditional medical practices alongside innovative care models such as Direct Primary Care (DPC), concierge medicine, and advanced regenerative therapies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related discipline.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- 3 to 7 years of internship and clinical residency training, specializing in pulmonology.
- Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine in pulmonology.
- Valid and active medical license in the practicing state.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives in specialized fields.
- Sign-On Bonus: $130,000, distributed in installments.
- Relocation Assistance: $30,000.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive employer-sponsored health plan, including vision and dental coverage.
- Retirement Plan: 8% matched 401(k).
- PTO: 6 weeks of paid time off, plus 6 paid holidays and 7 sick days.
- Continuing Education: $5,000 for professional development and 5 days off for educational purposes.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Employer-covered malpractice insurance ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
