Job Summary

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and proactive care to our patients. This will include diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and treatments. We value effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform specialized tests and procedures to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Determine the best course of treatment for each patient, taking into account their medical history and individual needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Analyze patient data and medical records to inform treatment decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and treatments, and incorporate this knowledge into patient care.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Doctor of medicine (MD) degree or a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of an internal medicine residency program.
  • Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internal medicine, or board eligibility.
  • Active medical license to practice in the state of Wyoming, or ability to obtain.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive base salary with additional incentives for hyperbaric medicine and regenerative research.
  • Sign-on bonus of $30,000 at the start of the contract.
  • Relocation and housing assistance of $20,000.
  • Employer-sponsored health insurance through Cigna, with low deductibles and premiums covered by the company.
  • Additional insurance coverage, including disability, life insurance, cancer coverage, and accident policies.
  • 8% matched 401(k) retirement plan.
  • 6 weeks of paid time off, 6 paid holidays, and 7 sick days.
  • Continuing education allowance of $5,000 and 5 days for further education.
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Employer-paid malpractice insurance ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).

Our clinic is located in Campbell County, Wyoming, nestled between the Big Horn Mountains and the Black Hills of South Dakota. It's also within driving distance of Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks, as well as Mount Rushmore and Devils Tower.
