Job Description

Physical Therapist - Regenerative Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at the Lifestyle Center. As a Regenerative Medicine Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop a cutting-edge physical therapy program that emphasizes preventative and regenerative medicine, promoting healthy aging and longevity.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and develop personalized fitness-oriented health care programs
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to create effective treatment plans
  • Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility
  • Provide educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics, and ways to promote physical health
  • Use hands-on therapy, such as massage, to ease patients' pain and stimulate healing
  • Document patient care history and collaborate with other facility staff members to provide comprehensive care

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice and state standards
  • Document patient progress according to approved medical and facility documentation procedures
  • Assist other facility staff members as needed to provide care and create a clean, orderly, and effective environment for rehabilitation and physical therapy

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited university with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to write professional-level reports and correspondence
