Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Worker to join our team at Style Netbox in Washington, DC. As a key member of our supply chain process, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to management, ensuring quality control.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock management, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), with strong physical stamina and endurance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory software and scanners, with willingness to learn and adapt.
