Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the daily functions of the resort's Housekeeping and Guest Services divisions.
  • Overseeing administrative, financial, guest service, housekeeping, staff development, and other related operations for both divisions.
  • Ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled and maintaining weekly staffing levels.
  • Performing daily unit inspections to maintain standards and training personnel on departmental protocols.
  • Managing room inventory to optimize occupancy rates.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction metrics align with site objectives and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Handling guest accounts, group bookings, guest resolutions, internal audits, departmental compliance, and financial responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership abilities for guiding and developing staff.
  • Strategic planning capabilities.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
