**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at Good Samaritan Society. As a seasoned professional in long-term care, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring high standards of resident care, and optimizing geriatric care processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer the nursing program to maintain quality of care and optimize geriatric care processes
  • Oversee nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards
  • Develop and implement clinical programs, policies, and procedures
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including budget constraints and responding to identified needs

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred (five years of nursing experience required)
  • Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • Working knowledge of administrative and management techniques
