Job Description

This position involves traveling to various locations within a 150-mile radius, providing care to residents in need. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
Licensure: Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Experience: 3 months previous experience in Long Term Care required, 6 months preferred.
