About the Role
  • You will provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their overall quality of life.
  • You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to travel to all business locations and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program
  • Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
