Regional Commercial Lead

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead and manage a regional customer care team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the administrative and logistical execution of the customer service process is done effectively and efficiently to exceed customer expectations and maximize the profitable sale of CSA Group products and services.
This role involves providing leadership and direction to the regional Customer Care Specialists, motivating and promoting cross-selling and superior customer service, and regularly acting as a decision-maker to effectively disposition customer issues and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with experience in leading teams to achieve targets. They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database applications.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the regional CCSs on an ongoing basis
- Motivate and promote cross selling and superior customer service
- Regularly act as a decision maker to effectively disposition customer issues and complaints
- Hire, train and develop regional CCSs to ensure commercial objectives/targets are met
- Enable strong communication, regular product knowledge and corporate goals and vision
- Contribute to strategic direction through the development of an understanding of our customers' business environment
- Execute promotional/Notices/IFR Findings campaigns
- Participate in and lead special projects as required, and make recommendations to improve processes and follow up to ensure the goals are met
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years Sales experience or equivalent industry experience
- Prior management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieving targets
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Location: Various locations across North America
