About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Covenant Health's Oak Ridge Breast Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality breast imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex mammography and breast biopsy procedures using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
  • Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and comfortable positioning.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the imaging process.
Requirements
  • Registered ARRT (R) certification and within 6 months ARRT (M) certification.
  • State licensure in accordance with Tennessee guidelines.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
