We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology.
- Must be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington, including a doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and a license to practice psychology (e.g., LP, LMFT, LCSW).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, including testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
