Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/CNA/MedTech to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to seniors, adapting to their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care, promoting dignity and independence
  • Administer medication reminders and ensure timely medication administration
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Transfer residents safely and efficiently, using proper body mechanics
  • Monitor changes in residents' health and report concerns to supervising nurses
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a sense of community
  • Participate in in-service training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position, preferably in assisted living or memory care
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to meet or exceed attendance and punctuality standards
  • Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing conditions
