The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Inclusive Insights & Analytics team at GroupM Investment Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in integrating data, culture, and marketing strategy to drive business growth.

Our team takes a data-first approach to identifying and quantifying the impact of growth segments on our clients' businesses. We work across the GroupM portfolio of agencies, leveraging a variety of data sources to tell compelling stories of consumer behavior and market trends.

Your Impact
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data, culture, and marketing strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments independently, from start to completion.
  • Provide support in client account management and special projects.
  • Interface with key internal stakeholders and vendors to advocate on behalf of the team.
  • Bring new ideas and creative solutions to challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on cultural shifts and trends that impact business.
Your Qualifications
  • Educational background or professional experience in Media/Marketing Research, Analytics, Marketing/Data Strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to build data-driven presentations independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable and proactive.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dashboard building and reporting capabilities a plus.
