**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide direct care support services to our clients, maximizing their potential and enhancing their overall health, safety, and welfare.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide individualized support services to clients, following their individualized service plans and behavioral support plans
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
* Promote client independence and self-advocacy, while ensuring their safety and well-being
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered care plans
