Job Summary

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with mobility and transfers, administering medications, and supporting clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques and equipment
  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
  • Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is respected
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
  • Familiarity with systems for lifting and transferring clients safely
  • Experience in working with individuals with autism is a plus
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.00, as well as a $150 bonus for working for 3 months with no call-offs. We also offer a referral bonus for successful referrals.
