Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, finance, and customer service.

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for developing skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients. You will participate in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the knowledge and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in goal setting sessions and progress evaluation meetings.
  • Demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test.
  • Gain invaluable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high level of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The capacity to travel up to 50% of the work period and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices is preferred but not required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days, followed by a promotion to a Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentive opportunity after successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements. Additionally, we offer benefits and perks, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match, regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year, and more.
