About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Belmont, Massachusetts.

This full-time nursing position offers 32 hours of work per week with an 8-hour shift. As a Med Surg nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred but not required.
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
